I saw an orange cat by the Esmeralda golf course on Freya, between Rich and Garnet! Looked kinda small, with short/medium fur. It was too dark for me to see and the kitty ran off, seemed like it was trying to cross Freya. Looks so similar to this cat and right in that area!! I would check that whooole block!
