Please help me find my white cat. He is missing! He has cerebella hypoplasia so he may act funny and be scared of you. He probably will not let you touch him. He is completely deaf. But he’s very sweet. He is neutered. He was lost around Millgate in Little Creek area in Anderson, South Carolina. Please help me bring Rico back.
