Message from Owner
I initially saw the pup around Bayfair Mall around 9:45 am. We tried to catch him but he was so scared, he just ran away. He was later seen at Hesperian and Springlake Streets in San Leandro. Another individual saw the pup headed toward Public Store on Hesperian Blvd near Springlake. It's 3:00 pm now, I'm going to drive around to see if I can locate him and call Animal Control again.
