UPDATE - Hestia has been found!! I got a tip that some workmen spotted her resting in the shade and they stayed nearby to keep an eye on her until I arrived. She was tired and thirsty and in desperate need of a bath, but otherwise unharmed. We will be forever grateful for the neighbors and friends kennel staff who were tireless in helping us search, and ultimately the kindness of strangers and the power of community in taking care of each other.
