I’m so sorry to say I found this deceased dog at the end of my driveway this morning. It was limping clearly in pain (hit by a car?) collapsed and took its last breath. Wearing an American flag collar

Idiots need to contain their animals! and and before anyone can come at me saying it could have escaped yes I know that’s a possibility and I am sorry if that was the case but 95% of the time, especially of late it has been that people open the door, let their dog out or our letting them live outside without containment. Those are the idiots I’m talking to which again if it was an escape dog. I am sorry for their loss and for this baby no matter how it got out.🌈
