My best friend had a cockatiel from her daughter. Maintenance man at condo found parakeet in bldg. brought to her because he knew her and animals!!

Awww so cute. I always had my cockatiels just cut little in wing. They can fly but go to ground. Aww I’d Take him he looks fairly trained. Poor baby. I’ll watch for lost post???
