Thanks for securing this pup. Are you able to have scanned for a chip? Chesterfield Police have a scanner or any open vet that has a Universal Scanner, or Fox Creek Vet Hospital on Manchester just west of 141 is open til 8p and they will scan. Also suggest posting on the Neighbors(Ring) and Next Door apps which is more targeted to a local area. Please ask for proof of ownership should someone claim pup as theirs.
