Put articles of clothing and shoes on the porch Spread some used litter around the house and yard area Look for her late at night and early in the morning when it is dark and quiet Use a flashlight to see her eyes Probably close by and hiding Keep calling kitty kitty calls and meow sounds Don't give up

Best time to search with a strong flash light to reflect on his eyes is midnight-5 am when cats are most active. Call calmly and take treats .

He looks so sweet, you are most likely to find him when it’s dark outside and take a flashlight with you!! This can be very very effective. He is hiding nearby. Cats usually stick close to home. Walk around at dawn and dusk, when it is halfway dark with a flashlight. Shine the flashlight around bushes and other places a cat could hide under. You can see his eyes shining in the flashlight beam. Walk around your yard and around houses close by calling his name over and over softly. He needs to hear his owner’s familiar voice! Cats are scared when out doors and they often hide in silence, and won’t come out right away. Check and call him in the storm drains near your house. Our cat used to jump down inside the one in front of our house in order to hide. Sometimes cats can’t get out of them and the metal grate on top has to be removed. Leave your garage door cracked open ~6 inches day and night so he can come inside. Leave a window cracked open only during the day, where your cat can jump inside the house. This often works!😊 Put his used litter box out in your backyard, but only leave it out during the day. Otherwise it will attract coyotes and other predators! Scatter some of your unwashed clothing around the yard, cats sense of smell is incredible, and he will smell it up to a mile away to find his way home! Your cat is very scared outside, but he will usually stay close by, unless he’s been chased off by another animal. So you need to go outside and walk around calling him a few times a day so he stays nearby. Don’t give up calling and looking for him! Hope you find him very soon. 🙏🌸🐈🏡🐈‍⬛🙏💕💕💕
