BLACK ON TOP OF BODY AND WHITE LEGS, BELLY AND AROUND NECK. HAS BRIGHT YELLOW/GOLD EYES.

this cat showed up in my neighborhood on about May 25. we have an unoccupied hse across the street so the cat might be living there in the yard. at first i thought it escaped from her home, but today it was obvious she is homeless. this was the best pic i can provide. she/he is quite small and as you can see has black fur on top and the legs and chest are white. her/his eyes are a light yellow. we always have a bowl of water in our front yard for the neighborhood animals and birds, and that's how i managed to photograph her. Originally, i posted the photo and story on NextDoor but no one recognized the cat. then, i got in touch with animal control but no one had reported a lost cat that met the description. now i have not seen the cat for a while, and i'm wondering if it left the neighborhood or if someone across the street is providing food and water.
