It's a great dane puppy. As a former AKC Great Dane breeder, this dog is not staring. Dane puppies grow go fast, look tall and lanky, that unfortunately their ribs do show a little until they fully mature at around 2yrs old. So, just by appearance you can't make assumptions that this dog is being stared or mistreated if you truly know the breed. And it's against the law to "adopted" out a found dog until you actually do the due diligence of trying to locate their owner. Best thing to do is check for a chip and turn it over to the Blount Co Animal Shelter as a stray. ***Not trying to start drama, just speaking the truth***
