Put unwashed scented clothes of your outside the exit your cat got out of. They usually try to come home between 1 AM and 5 AM in the morning. You could sit outside with a flashlight shaking treats at that time. You could also call Hawkeye aerial systems or wandering PAWS sooner rather than later to help locate him.
