Update: She has a chip and is spayed. She had been rehomed several months ago The previous owner contacted the person rehomed to and he has not responded and has possibly blocked the original owner after hearing she was found. She will be held the obligatory 30 days but may already have a new owner where she will be loved and cared for very well.
