Chelsea Fogarty did you check with the rental office? They may know who owns such a distinctive cat. Put a flyer on the resident board. Can you set out some food and water too and post on nextdoor.

Maybe it’s their cat ? I would check with the rental office and knock on the porch window to ask. Edit for cross streets. This between University and Sheboygan, 619 N Segoe. I hope it did not pop the screen and take a flying vacation. If seen again try to coax into a carrier. You can bring the UW Vet Hospital that is the closest holding facility to take a stray to. If you dont have a car or a carrier, message me or reply below. I am about a mile from you and can do all that
