Cindy Johnson and as a puppy was placed in a shelter there, which was broken into, dogs abused, dogs said free. He was one of a bunch of them that were recovered from the wild, and sent to a shelter in Puerto Rico, from where he made his way to Florida SPCA. I mentioned that because while his main ancestral breed is basenji - a dog bred in the Congo as a pack Hunter - no one knows how many generations he spent on the island getting all mixed up. They just called them Island dogs! Lol. Interestingly, because of his ancestral basenji roots, he does not bark. At all.

Cindy Johnson yep. We're familiar with that guy. Close but no cigar! Going to try to show you a side-by-side with biscuit and a dog that Pasco county took in over the weekend.... How is this not biscuit. Pasco says he weighs 73 lb and was an owner surrender. Close ones like that are a huge blow :-)
