Description

Biscuit ran away with no collar, but he has a microchip. He is very shy - a true rescue pet 2 years ago and is difficult to approach. He's an extremely good-natured dog, and is very calm and compliant when you have him in hand. He is a solid tan colored small to medium size dog (approx 20" high and 30lbs), and he has a pea-sized patch of dark hair on his right hunch, or upper rear thigh area. Also, because of his basenji ancestry, he does not bark, although he is capable of it.

Rosa Vasquez my goodness! That is definitely a biscuit look-alike - right size, right color, right ears, right age, wrong gender :-( definitely worth a call, though, just in case the dog was mislabeled as female. Thank you Rosa so much for your concern, and the heads up

Still hoping that there’s a sighting or something! I was wondering if there are any homeless communities in the woods near you? He could very well have gotten friendly and fed there. Your brother may want to look into that. I know over here by me, there’s a path going from a small gas station with a store into the Withlacoochie Forest where there is a group of homeless living.

I further hope that any such person understands their obligation to do a due diligence search for the dog's owner, lest by keeping him, are violating criminal law. By the way, I just have to ask did you just call me a piece of s*** on here?
