Tiny dark Chihuahua or Min Pin

Message from Finder

Saw a very small and extremely fast dark colored Chihuahua or Min Pin running down East Reno from Spencer towards Eastern. Tried to follow it in my car but could not see where it went. It definitely made it almost to Eastern at least. Yes, I know the photo is useless.
