Red Rover yes we do. We see this in some specific areas of town. Owners just let the dogs run free. We can’t automatically judge when the owner didn’t post that. That was my point.

Blanche Bolling the owner didnt say how. But we see this kind of thing everyday. Especially in bham. People steal dogs especially when they are left outside alone to use the bathroom...
