My bird escaped a few years ago , but I have been driving my bike around looking and have spotted a bird just like him but I couldn’t catch him. If anybody has any information , sightings, or if anyone had managed to capture him and even take him in I’d love to hear from you. Anything would be very much appreciated! Thank you

You must remain on foot searching. Inform your neighbours. Put up posters. Spreading awareness is key. Play budgie flock calls from a Bluetooth speaker or your phone to get their attention. It will likely end up at someone’s feeder in the area, and will have to learn how to survive from the local sparrows. If you have another budgie and a proper carrier, that would be the best way to lure back to you. Please exhaust all efforts.
