Did look through shelter, go to found and look through pawboost but too found and Barc animals shelter , and spca Harris County shelter too 👀

Why was the dog in the back of thr truck? Is she wearing an ID tag on that collar? Is she microchipped? I'm confused is she lost in 77096 area or Westpark. If Westpark, where exactly?
