Small gray male dog, very friendly

Found this small gray dog running on Old Potters Rd right off Sugar Creek. He ran right up to me and hopped in my car. He’s SUPER friendly and seems to be in good healthy, just dirty and matted. He hasn’t made a sound, and is SO chill! He’s not neutered and I’d guess about 25lbs.
