Corinna Kress Unfortunately it’s not always easy to keep an cat inside. Especially during a heat wave. My cat took off when the door was open slightly. My hubby couldn’t catch her and she didn’t make it home. I was in the hospital and being long haired during the heat wave didn’t help matters. Most people don’t need your advice, as most are responsible pet owners whose cats were able to slip outside by accident.
