Ugh, I hate to hear he wasn’t taken care of. Some people’s idea of being a good pet owner is simply food and shelter but there is so much more and the dog suffers.

The little guy is back with his family now; I would have liked to do more for him, but he had to go home. I asked his owner to bathe him and treat him for fleas, as he wasn't receiving the care a dog needs. I hope they can take better care of him.

I have to say, he isn't a well-cared-for little dog; he has fleas, he's dirty, and his eyes are matted with discharge. I'm going to bathe him and buy some flea treatment.

I found this baby yesterday afternoon near Mandalay. Someone must be missing him; I will only hand him over to his true owner. You must send photos of his body for comparison. We have treated him with love, and he slept very peacefully last night.
