Update: 5/19/2026: ‼️‼️Still missing near Fountain Hills Drive and Liberty Mill Rd Please check cameras and call or text 24/7 if seen thank you Missing cat. Went missing near Sparkling Waters but made his way to the hses by Porterfield way and Fountain hills drive Please check ring cameras and if seen please call 24/7. Please don’t chase He is completely unfamiliar with his surroundings. If he approaches your hse or doors please let him in and we will come grab him asap

Message from Owner

We moved from New Jersey to Maryland. He managed to get out three months after we moved down here. He is microchipped and has a black collar with a tracker, but the tracker isn't picking anything up. He is good at taking off the collar. He has a history of being able to take care of himself outside. He can be timid and probably won't come when called. I'm looking for a siting of him.

The kind women who spotted him are keeping an eye out for him. I am walking the path at least once a day in case my scent leads him back home - it's not far. I think he just doesn't want to come back inside. He hasn't been back in the gutter. At this point I'm not sure where to put the humane trap. i've also left his kitty litter outside and have a camera pointed at the back door where he would try to get back in; the camera rings when something comes near. I can't leave the door itself open; one of the things I picked up from the camera was someone aopproaching and looking in the living room at 12:30 am, and I wouldn't feel safe.

He's not home. I can't get my hands on him. He doesn't appear to want to be caught. He's about 6 min walking through a forest to another neighborhood. He seems interested in playing with the cats there. He was sitting in a gutter one afternoon out of my reach; I couldn't get to him. I called animal control; they wouldn't help. I went to get a humane cage from Lowes, and I was told as soon as I had left he got out, ate the tuna I left, and was playing with other cats.
