Lisa Lang girl bye. Why even comment on this if you're going to just say something so stupid. Dogs get out sometimes. And I don't even know the back story. The young lady that owns this dog is homeless like common now. I think it's so rude to come on here and tell people what they should or shouldn't do with their dogs. And fyi even if the pup had one on its super dangerous bc they can get snagged by a bush and get stuck and strangle. Or trying to get under a fence and get stuck. If you can't help maybe not comment on posts regarding someone else dog or how u would do it. Smh. Same with cats as they can also get stuck just by their collar hooking on to something and they can't freE themselves. Good Lord.

Well if the dog would have had a collar with her name tag and address and phone number on it we probably wouldn't be having this problem
