1. Print flyers and knock on every single neighbor’s door and hand out the flyers. Offer a reward. Three people. Two on each side of the street, one driving then switch drivers so the walkers can rest.
2. Put any of his bedding along with something you’ve worn and unwashed, outside so he can smell his way back home.
3. Cover a 3-mile radius in your search.
4. Look under and around all bushes. Use a flashlight.
5. Make a few large lost dog yard signs, place one on your front lawn and others around the area.
6. Have your neighbors check their doorbell or other security cameras for sightings and have them look in their back yards.
7. Check shelters and rescues in person in case he is turned in.
8. Post on Nextdoor, Pawboost, and fill out the lost dog form with the county shelter.
The door knocking is the most important.
