Red/brown female pit-type dog

FOUND Sweet, reddish pit-type female dog (about 40lbs) just showed up and meandered into my grge around Wolfforth, TX (around 7th street near Braum’s and Preston ests). I have her safely in my backyard for now, but we cannot keep her; we have 3 cats. I have never seen a stray on our street in the 3 years we have lived here. I think she may be a lot pet, she is so sweet and friendly. No collar but have not checked for microchip yet. We have her safe in our backyard temporarily while we see if we can find her . After that, we will contact rescues/animal services.
