THIS IS NOT THE ACTUAL PHOTO! Looked like a Scottish terrier or terrier type dog mix maybe with Chihuahua? It looked gray or black (it was 1:45, I helped family at the airport. It was at the other building in the taco bell parking lot.)

I was not able to take the dog as my cat is extremely territorial and would have injured this animal. It seemed sweet and scared and I feel horrible. It was over by the dumpster at the other building in the taco bell parking lot.
