Start going door to door and check with your neighbors ask them to check their cameras everybody has cameras there must be something on one of them he could be in anybody's house and they don't know who he belongs to. Hopefully he has a collar on with his identification. Also put this on nextdoor dot com that is for your neighborhood it will get to everybody in your area. Do it right away it's hot outside I hope he is in someone's house keeping cool. If you don't find them you need to check with the shelter you need to go there in person because they're absolutely full you need to go look for him there every single day until you find him they also have a website but you need to go there and look for him. Check Craigslist lost found and for sale every single day as well. If the dog is Chip notify the chip company but your best bet is your neighbors and their cameras there must be something on a camera maybe you let them outside and somebody took them I hope that did not happen but it should be on a camera somewhere what happened to him and keep posting on here till you find him
