Maria Cavaliere Lovello exactly never! And if you call SPD they ask if you can mind the animal over wknd. And even after 4 - why there isn’t staff accessible after 4 is beyond me bc that’s when lost “pets” come out again at dusk!! Maybe with the new shelter being built they will have more open hours.

Dina Agneto MacDougall agreed! It boggles my mind that they don’t have anyone on staff on weekends. For example, a week ago I found an injured bird.. I called, only to find out they are not open on weekends!! It’s really frustrating
