I found a cat years ago under my deck ; he was scared and whining.I picked him up and brought him him in the house. My children were young 8 and 12 .We fell in love with him . He was lovely; loyal, protective, and thankful we’ve had. We had him until the children grew older and he passed away peacefully. It was the best experience of our life. The cat was gray. He had other markings and I remember reading in the paper at the time there was a lost calico cat, a gray calico cat at the time I was a housewife and I read the paper from beginning to end. This is before the Internet and the cell phones. I did not realize this cat was a calico we named Cici ; as time went on when we took him to the vet. The vet said he’s a calico three colors. I did not realize that the ad in the paper probably was someone looking for this cat but as time went on and being a busy mom, we loved and loved the cat so much, I couldn’t return to the paper to find out what happened, but we loved him to the very end and we have never ever been the same. We totally were blessed by this stray cat that probably was someone else’s. I’m praying and hoping that your cat found a beautiful home as ours did.

This is heartbreaking. I seen 3 black cats around my location, two were ed by cars and one is nextdoor for the last 7 years. I hope you find your beautiful pet.

Eugenia Hunt I'm constantly in the old neighborhood with appointments. The old neighbors know that he is still missing. The last chance ranch and my old vet know that he is still missing. He is chipped with updated info.

He’s a wonderful cat and fabulous companion. Did you go back to the old neighborhood because that’s sometimes what people and cats do get the old neighborhood thoroughly checked out go with treats call him or get someone to call they trust. I hope you can be reunited. Also, talk to the local animal rescue. Give them a description. See if someone will let you put up flyers in the area with the phone number and this picture so sad but let’s hope for the best.
