Annette King But, at least they know, and, my mother told me that she believes that all of the animals we cared for and loved during our lives are the first ones to greet us in Heaven (to thank us for our care of them, and to lead us inside the Pearky Gates. That thought comforts me.

Beth O'Rear Maeker so grateful for your reunion!! Sometimes the old studs like to go run their old routes and check out the neighborhood just to prove to themselves that they still can!! My old blue heeler/bird dog cross climbed a 6-foot gate to go visit one time; the neighbor said he fathered a litter, swore they were his, until they found he was neutered!! And, he was not the only one in the neighborhood that had those markings.
