He’s been in my yard the entire day, he appears to be injured (left hind leg) I gave him water and fed him, he’s whining now. I called animal control earlier and no one has come yet. I don’t know what else to do. My neighbor knows he’s out there too, between the two of us, we’ve been checking on him. 800 block of Ross Ave. & E. Florida St.
