Jessica Sullivan Bentley If you haven't already, put up flyers everywhere as many people aren't on social media. Give flyers to every vet clinic, rescue, and shelter in the area in case she turns up. Having her picture in their hands will help keep her at the forefront of their minds. Ask your neighbors to check their cameras, garages, sheds, and crawlspaces. Look up in trees in case she was chased. Walk the entire neighborhood in the wee hours with a flashlight and look for glowing eyes. Call her in a regular voice (not panicked) and gently shake a treat bag if she likes that kind of stuff. She may be hunkered down and hiding nearby, but she may not answer you when you call. That's just instinctual, as a vocal cat gives away their location to predators. Put her beds/ blankets and some of your dirty clothes on your porches and around the perimeter of your yard. Also do what Sheri suggested with a trap. I would borrow several if I were you, and put them near places she's been spotted. Maybe d some dirty clothing or something she sleeps on over the top of them. Good luck ❤

Jessica Sullivan Bentley Perhaps you could set a humane trap baited with tuna. You may accidentally catch a possum, but they can easily be released.

Sheri son thank you. I have. I've spent hours in the dark woods looking for her eyes. She has been spotted once or twice. And the last was near the woods in our neighborhood

Sheri son thank you. We have tried day and night since we discovered she was gone Tuesday morning. I put her litter box along and my favorite robe she loves to lay. We've had 3 cat traps out with no luck. I ordered lost cat flyers and now, in our neighborhood and the surrounding neighborhoods. I paid a decent price to have this ad run for 7 days within a 10 mile radius of my zip code. I have no idea what else to do. I am devastated. My kids are devastated. My Kittyco has been by my side for so long! The not knowing is worse than had she passed away. Breaks my heart to think she has passed all by herself. Kittyco was different than most cats, she understood things, reacted differently and seriously mothered the kids in various ways. I don't understand how she just disappeared

Post on Nextdoor and look at night with a flashlight. Her eyes will glow.
