He might be hiding outside and to scared to come out even when your out calling for him. You want to crack your garage door, put his litter box, food, bed and your smelly clothes outside so they catch the scent. Leave the garage door cracked so they can come back inside. This worked with my inside cat who snuck out and turns out he was hiding in a barn 3 doors down and came back with the garage door cracked.

Jeffery Masters put socks out, his food, our backpack, his blanket and litter. still nothing. we continued looking and calling, no sight of him. we’ll keep trying.

flyers on porches and talk to neighbors a block around. wont go far. inside cats get scared outside snd may not.asnswer your call. six weeks later a neighbor 5 doors down called bc she kept the flyer and saw my cat in her front bushes, a few feet from whete I called his name a million times.

Check on 24petconnect.com, they are linked to all the local shelters and you can search by your zip code. Call and physically go into the shelters to look for him.

Also try playing cats or kittens meowing on YouTube outside in your yard or in a window of your home. Check with neighbors as he may have been accidentally locked in a garage or shed.

Try putting something outside with your scent on it, worn socks seem to work best. If you have a garage put a bowl of food in there and leave the door open enough for him to get in. Although I am sure you have already done this, start searching immediately and keep looking. Look in bushes, under cars, and anywhere he can crawl into, they tend to stay close to home. Take a can of food with you and call his name or use whatever sound gets him to come to you. Search early morning, evenings with a flashlight, and late at night. Praying for his safe return home 🙏
