I'm sorry but how does this happen for crying out loud! I'm sorry but this makes me angry. I hope the owners are out day and night looking for this poor dog because this shouldn't be happening people. Sending many prayers for this poor dog who may have traveled by now so I hope they're calling the PD and animal control in all surrounding towns
