Please tell me that with all of the comments, Moore County Animal Control has been out there? I understand that the dog may have untreatable health issues but, age alone should not cause that.

Oh gosh she sure does!! Why does she look like that! She's been reunited after 5 hours?? It appears that she is extremely malnourished!! I hope Whoever found her and returned her to her family knows why she looks like she does!
