Columbus Humane Franklin County Dog Shelter & Adoption Center ASPCA. Did you pick up the dog and take it to a vet so it can be scanned for a chip and so that an animal cruelty report can be filed? Scar Shine what are next steps in a situation like this?

This Is Horrible that Some Low Life could do this 2 A Beautiful Fur Baby no Matter What the Situation was . They could have got Aid 4 the Baby . They could have turned it into a No Shelter 😡😭 This is so Unacceptable in every way !!! 😡🤬 This BREAKS MY HEART 💔so Bad and Breaks for this Beautiful Fur Baby . Looks like they put it in A Plastic Bag . 😡🤬 Who the can Do this ? I Pray 🙏🏻 who ever you are you will get what’s coming to you . KARMA IT REAL !! This Beautiful little Fur Baby is over the Rainbow 🌈 with our Father in Heaven and NO MORE PAIN !! Amen 🙏🏻 😘🥰😍
