It was reported that this dog has been hanging out for about a week. He/she has been seen sleeping in a cemetery nearby and between buildings near the CareLine in Ridgetop. I was told that someone has been leaving food for him/her but no one is providing shelter. This dog does have a collar but is very skittish. I couldn’t get close without it running away from me so the photo is zoomed in from pretty far away. It did look like it had a sore spot/skin irritation on its hip but otherwise was doing okay… very fast.
