I just saw a black dog like this today near the school maintenance building. I’ll have to look up the address.

You would be surprised how many people will pick them up with good intentions thinking someone dumped a great dog but there’s more bad. I would check out every dog bc they’re known to grab dogs and drive them out of the area to dump too. Ppl are awful
