Super sweet kitty, seems to be healthy, just wondering if she belongs to someone. She was going under our cars and laying down so we are worried she would get run over. Very sweet cat, just want to know if she was abandoned.

I would take to your vet or nearby vet see if chipped. Cats are known to catch a ride by accident, they could live who knows where. Feed and water, bring inside if possible. If you need to re-home after trying to locate the owner, call simply cats a no shelter 🫶
