Post on Nextdoor and Neighbors Ring apps. Indoor cats stay close to home and may hide. Put out items of unwashed clothing or towels with your scent on it, 🚫DO NOT put a litterbox outside or in your garage with door cracked despite some people advising you to, it can attract predators, dogs or tomcats to the area that could endanger and chase him/her off preventing your cat from returning home.🚫 Go out multiple times between dusk and dawn with a flashlight to look for eyeshine, bring his/her treat bag and shake it while calling his/her name. You can even try a laser pointer toy and shine it around on the ground while out looking. If he/she is microchipped make sure your contact info is up to date and contact chip company to report as missing. Put up flyers within a 1 mile radius, not everyone uses social media. Talk to your neighbors, have them check garages, yards and sheds. Check the animal shelter daily, go in person often and bring a photo of your cat because they don’t always update their website daily, they are notoriously unreliable over the phone, telling people their pet isn’t there when it is and can be resistant to letting people go in the cat area to look for their cat so be firm and polite (The Animal Foundation). Most importantly be consistent and persistent, get out there on foot, not car, after dark everyday to search and don’t give up

Check your posts often to see that they have not been removed. You also can hand print "lost" flyers around your area. Check often to see that the flyers have not been removed. Make a listing on “Petco Love Lost” for your lost pet. petcolove.org/Upload your missing pet’s picture. Their website uses an AI model that will automatically match other listings that may match the picture of your missing pet. Go daily, in person, to The Animal Foundation: 655 N Mojave Road, Las Vegas, Animal Foundation hours are 11AM-7PM Tuesday-Sunday. Closed Mondays. Call (702) 760-7387 for help! Or: (702) 955-5932 ext. 932 - Email: lostandfound@animalfoundation.com - They are understaffed and overburdened. It is best that you go in person to look for your pet. Go in person. Do not rely on a phone call nor on the photos on their website. Mistakes do happen. The Animal Foundation is the central clearing house for lost and found pets and is the first facility to which the Owner will be directed to search for their pet. The Pet Owner has 72 hours to collect their pet at The Animal Foundation before the pet will be placed for adoption.

Put her bedding and a couple of your clothing items (scent) outside or in a cracked open garage. It should draw her home. I hope you find it 🙏🏼
