Older cat, male with tabby markings, white belly and chin, very skittish, may freeze if you approach him but he is very gentle, doesn’t bite/scratch

Message from Owner

Ripley is an indoor cat who has started exploring the back garden since we moved from a flt last year. His Tractive GPS collar has run out of battery and he was last seen near our hse. It is not like him to wander this far or stay away this long.

Just saw a tabby and white cat was found having crossed rainbow bridge in Barlanark. The person has a pic you can ask to see. Post is on Community of Springboig page. Hopefully its not Ripley but best to know one way or the other

Go out early morning and evening round the area he was lost with some treats and shake box or tin gently calling his name and take a torch as it will reflect in his eyes if he's hiding . Empty contents of your hover and hang out anything that he lies on Put up posters and chap doors Hope this helps x

Please put some water out for him as it's been warm and he may not have access to any. Search adjacent / adjoining streets in the area starting with a point furtherest away before calling out his name and listening out for him meowing heading in the direction of your front door to draw him towards home. I hope you find him or he comes back home soon.
