Someone shared this nextdoor app post with me. It looks a little bit similar although Puppy's hair must have grown out so much by now. Regardless, it was a dead end tip because we could not get in contact with the person who posted it (he didn't leave any contact information nor could I find him on Facebook) and no body saw the dog anymore after going back to the dog park :(
