Raoul is a sweet three year old tabby cat. He's a male and he is NOT neutered! He has a very distinct "meow" where his voice sounds like a little kid with a sore throat. He has very large "bubble eyes" and was last seen across the street from Texas Roadhouse, off Secor Rd, in Toledo, Ohio. My son was moving into an apmt over in that area and upon opening the door to the apmt, Raoul ran out. He has some medical issues and was due to be seen, microchipped, and neutered a few days from the date he was last seen, June 12th, 2026. We are offering a cash reward for his safe return! Thank you!
