She is really old, has bad cataracts. timid, but she came right up to me. It looks like she had a collar has an imprint around her neck. I’m really hoping that nobody just ditched her because she’s old, but she keeps whining and looking around like she’s searching for someone.

If you find a dog PLEASE...... Keep it secure indoors and contact the shelter as soon as possible, to let them know you have the dog… That is the ONE place EVERY owner that cares looks, while many are not on social media or assume the worst. Also any Vet will check the dog for a chip for free.
