He seems very sad and lost. My neighbor is feeding him and added a bucket of water. He is eating but will not come close to any of us but he is staying close by. My neighbor says he slept in her back yard all night. He does not appear to be aggressive. No collar! We both are animal lovers and have dogs of our own and we are hoping and praying to find his home. If you know this dog please contact us . He seems very confused and needs his family ❤️
