Cats don't go far from their home,he probably lives in the neighborhood, like next door. Post on Nextdoor in Lost and Found Pets group,in Cat Owner's group, post on Neighbors app,you don't need a Ring camera to post on Neighbors. Ask for proof of ownership;Pictures,vet bills, etc

What a cutie pie! Thank you for caring and posting this kitty. I hope their family sees this. If you haven’t already you can post on Nextdoor too. Any vet can scan for a chip. Please ask for proof of ownership like pictures or paperwork. Unfortunately some people claim animals for nefarious purposes.
