Bridget Janine Genua I know they are in Pennsylvania because I know the person that took them and that’s where they were. And then they loved to NY without them. I’ve been tracking them for 2 years now

Bridget Janine Genua I updated the chip with my new phone number. I’d be the only one able to update the chip or someone else could with my permission. They haven’t been scanned that I know of
