Get out and walk the blocks! Post posters in several blocks! They don't usually go far! Ask residents to look in sheds garages anywhere they can hide! Look up in trees where they go for safety! Look in bushes Join neighborhood groups! Best time to search is the middle of the Night 3-5 am Put a cardboard box with something with your scent outside! LOOK IN TREES! SHEDS GARAGES ANY ITEMS WITH A TARP on it they will try to come home in the middle of the night in most cases

Try setting a live trap, baited with his food, outside of your home. He may be hiding close to home and could be lured in by his food and the trap would hold him until you can get to him. When our boy got out, and had been gone for 2 1/2 days before I thought to set the trap on our front porch. Within an hour and a half of setting it, we were able to secure him.
