Definitely needs food and water, thin and bloated belly. Needs to be inside also. Chevy car engines and wheel wells, under houses, in garages and sheds. Use flashlight to find eyes in dark.

He is scared and somewhere around the home. Probably in bushes hiding. Use a flashlight as you'll be able to see his eyes glowing at night. Still please put out extra water and tuna. Something boneless and smelly
